FrameSource Sourcing receives project briefs so it can compare alternative building quotations. This notice explains what those messages contain and how they are handled. The desk does not run a public storefront account and does not sell inquiry lists.
A brief typically includes a name, a work email, a phone number if you add one, a company name, and the requirement text. That text may include building use, dimensions, design loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, requested timing, an optional budget and a supplier preference. Those details are used to ask factories for quotations and to keep replies aligned. They are not used to invent a customer story on the website.
The form posts to the existing inquiry address on this site. Helper fields for budget and preference are merged into the requirement text in the browser at submit. They are not separate stored columns created by this page. If JavaScript is off, the same notes stay inside the requirement box you typed.
A local display record may remember when the sourcing-support notice was first shown in your browser, and the session may remember that you closed the notice bar or popup. That record is about the notice window. It is not the building brief, and closing the bar does not change the first-shown time.
Do not place account passwords, payment card numbers or unrelated personal files in the requirement box. Drawings you choose to describe should be information you may share with potential suppliers. Factories that receive a brief will see the content needed to quote. The desk does not control the privacy practices of those factories after the file leaves.
You may ask, through a later message on the contact page, what was forwarded about a brief you sent. Identification of the earlier message depends on the details you repeat, because this policy does not create a public account number. Comments on a buyer note, if you post one, are separate from the quotation brief and should not contain the full specification.
The site is aimed at business buyers. If a message includes information about a private household project, send only what is needed to describe the building and the destination. Retention follows the inquiry record kept by the site operator for quotation follow-up, not a marketing archive. This policy sits beside the terms of service and does not expand the desk into a dealer or a design firm.
