FrameSource Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for buyers who need alternative buildings. It is not a factory, not a dealer, and not an affiliate of the brands people search before they arrive. The desk does not publish a founding year, a headcount, or a plant capacity because those facts are not held here.
The work is narrow. A buyer states the project. The desk asks factories for quotations on that written basis and lines up the differences. Stamping, permitting and the contract signature stay outside this service. For a fictional brief, a 90 ft length and 50 ft width still leave the eave height, bay spacing, site wind/snow/seismic criteria and enclosure to be provided by the project team. Example geometry is not a FrameSource Sourcing design standard.

The desk looks for factories that can quote the written product family, such as a pre-engineered frame or a warehouse package. A match is an invitation to quote, not a pre-approved vendor list.
Returned prices are set beside the same scope columns. Shell, delivered and installed totals are not ranked against each other. Deviations in purlin spacing, girt spacing or enclosure are written out.
Open engineering, code and commercial questions go back to the buyer. FrameSource Sourcing does not award the order and does not warrant the building.
Owns the use, the dimensions, the budget note and the decision to accept a deviation.
Checks design live load, design dead load, wind speed and seismic design category for the site.
Decides which of IBC, IRC or another path applies. HUD Code is not assumed.
States the system, the exclusions, the documents and the lead time it is willing to put in writing.
Keeps the request consistent and the replies readable. It does not fabricate missing site data.
Prices the destination and the transport envelope separately from the frame weight.
If the file already names clear span, eave height, bay spacing, quantity and destination, send it. If those cells are empty, the checklist is the shorter path. No client count and no savings figure is attached to either path.
